Han Solo

 Background
"Solo" means alone, and Han is very much a loner. Also in Swedish, Han means "he." Combine this two definitions, and the resulting translation is "he [who is] alone." Also, "he" suggests masculinity, and Han is a cocky, risk-taking, money-loving thrill-seeker, all qualities closely associeted with masculinity.

Although Harrison Ford ultimately landed the role of the overconfident smuggler, some famous actors that read for the part of Han Solo included Kurt Russell, Nick Nolte, and Christopher Walken.
